Overall Physical Description: Devisis is of a slim build and average height. He would call himself muscular, but he is a bit arrogant and in reality he isn’t that strong in terms of physical strength. He is, however, quite agile which he uses to great lengths in his fighting style matched with his quick perceptive skills. His semi-long black flowing hair often covers his face so whenever he goes into battle he wears it in a ponytail. His attire usually consists of dark black clothes usually resembling some form of leather armor. He wears these black clothes as they remind him of his Father’s uniform as well as their ability to blend in with the shadows to a greater extent. His face can usually be seen wearing a stern or frustrated expression whenever it is not covered by his dark hair. This feature of his appearance can make him difficult to approach and even more difficult to become close with him when they know why. There are, however, times when one can see a hint of a smile when his thoughts come across more delicate matters. Matters that would best go unmentioned.
A crescent moon shaped hand scythe hangs on his left side as well as an empty sheath on his right side that used to contain a second similar weapon. He is often seen flipping a strange coin with the sigil of his family on one side and the crescent moon on the other.

Strengths: Devi’s time spent in the Badlands allowed him to develop a strong body and a good fighter's instinct.

Weaknesses/Fears: Horrible at communicating, especially with Reggs, which is mostly due to his Supremacist view and years of torturing Reggs. He is pretty moody and is not easily approachable. Devi has some anger management issues and may enjoy violence a tad bit too much at times.

Overall Mental/Emotional Description: Devisis is easily agitated and often frustrated. He appreciates solitude and often sits in the darker corners of inns and bars whenever he requires a rest. This constant agitation is fueled by his spirit weapon who is close to the complete opposite of his lonesome and angered persona. With the constant requests to flirt with the beautiful women and men around him from Spinny his agitated expression grows fiercer throughout the day where by the end of the day a misplaced glance by a passerby could end up in a fight. When there is no one besides him and spinny he usually returns to a more calm emotional state where he actually has conversations with spinny sometimes even regarding the flirty stuff. Though he may not notice it Spinny prevents Devisis from indulging in his darker desires that were created when he still lived within the House of Taralan. He has sadistic tendencies which sometimes makes fights more messy then they need to be. He has a hatred for all but two Reggs both of which he believes are dead. He believes in Corleik supremacy and often treats Reggs with disdain.

Backstory and History:

Back Story History: Devisis lived in Southern Odrea as the heir of the house of Taralan. His Corleik Family lived in prosperity with plenty of Regg slaves to attend to their every need. He was taught to treat people according to their inherent value which placed Corleiks at the very top and Reggs at the bottom. Though his entire world was built around Corleik supremacy and the idea of Reggs being inferior in everyway was ingrained into his mind his good natured soul convinced him to treat his slaves with respect. This, however, did more harm than it did good. When Devisis’ parents found about about this ridiculous “rebellious” behaviour they forced Devisis to partake in the weekly torture sessions that were aimed at preventing disobedience.

From the age of eleven Devisis would indiscriminately torture the Regg slaves of house Taralan weekly. This is where Devisis started developing his sadistic urges. There were two slaves that were assigned to Devisis to protect him from any and all harm. The two slaves, Clarid and Vincent, developed a close relation to Devisis. As a result Devisis would tone down on their torture whenever possible. Over the years Devisis began to agree with the Corleik supremacist view of his family and house and started treating his slaves with the exception of Clarid and Vincent with less and less respect. Yet on some level his kind hearted nature remained and he began suffering from minor and major mental breakdowns due to the conflict between his kind heart and his sadistic urges. As a result of repeated mental strain Devisis became more and more reclusive only communicating with Clarid, Vincent, and on a more emotional level with his spirit item: Spinny.

It was also during Devisis’ teen years that he began to like fighting. But Devisis did not like using standard weaponry especially after having a giant Scythe as a spirit item. While experimenting with torture and fighting he developed abilities to aid him. He especially liked an ability that allowed him to store cuts during some of his childish torture games. As he grew older he began developing his abilities more in terms of fighting. His father who was a military man and a Obergruppenführer in the Corleik United Forces (CUF) taught Devi how to fight focusing especially on developing his Corleik abilities as they were a symbol of the superiority of the Corleik race. With two of his favorite activities being torture and fighting Devi was able to Master using Spinny and his two crescent moon hand scythes by the age of 17

At the age of 18 when the Regg rebellions had reached a highpoint the house of Taralan was attacked. The Regg slaves with the exception of Clarid and Vincent rebelled. Chaos ensued and the house of Taralan was no more. In the resultant chaos Vincent and Clarid were able to help Devisis escape, but in the process Vincent died and Clarid was lost in the chaos. Devisis ran for his life away from his family and home, both in flames, to whatever future lay in store.

Devisis adopted his nickname Devi and roamed the Badlands. At first he struggled to survive. He had a rich education in both physical and intellectual regards, but he had no experience fending for himself, especially in a location such as the Badlands. After the first years had passed Devi started becoming accustomed to his current situation. With the aid of Spinny he roamed the Badlands suffering less and less frequently from starvation and injuries. Fearing return to civilisation Devi stayed in the Badlands training and plotting his revenge against all the Reggs of the world. To accomplish this goal he needed allies and thus he travelled toward civilisation within Western Odrea.

Description: When Devi is about to cut something or someone he can activate suspended severance “storing” the effect of that cut in whatever object, person, or creature devi cut. The amount of cuts that can be stored is 5 + 84% of stamina -20. Cuts that are stored can be activated at any time while the target is within the radius resulting in whatever damage would originally have been inflicted on the target. If the target leaves the radius while cuts are stored in the target the cuts are activated. Cuts can be stored on any amount of targets as long as they are within the abilities radius.

Description: When Devi cuts a target that contains blood an equal amount of the blood loss that would have occurred within the next 10 seconds is stored in his “Blood Bank”. For the blood to be stored at least some of the blood caused by the wound has to come in contact with Spinny. A secondary option for filling the blood bank is extracting blood from a corpse. The blood that can be extracted can range from around 4 to 5liters (which is the amount of blood in an average sized person). The capacity of the blood bank is 5 liters doubling every 10 levels. The blood is stored in the form of blood energy, measured in liters, which Devi can use for/in other abilities.

Description: Devi can summon and fire bullets of blood at the cost of blood energy. The bullet is composed of blood compressed into a density similar to that of steel, which is approximately 8x more dense than blood. The speed of the bulled is equal to Devi’s might x10 in meters per second. The bullets dissipate after having travelled a distance of 50 meters away from Devi regardless of their initial velocity. Devi can fire as many bullets has his blood bank can supply in rapid succession. The bullets form at the top of “Spinny” and fire in a straight line parallel to “Spinny’s” handle

Description: After many years of going through the relentless training of using a somewhat useless weapon Devi has mastered the use of both the hand scythe and the scythe. The scythe allows for attacking at unusual angles a focusing on finding an opening in the opponent's defence while maintaining an agile defensive position. The focus on movement and offence makes the fighting style quite tiring compared to using more conventional weapons like swords and spears. The hand scythe is effective at blocking and inhibiting the opponent's attacks by locking them within the curved blade. Typically Devi uses two hand scythes with one having a dull inner blade and sharp outer blade allowing for more effective blocking and another with a sharp inside for attacks and a dull outside.This allows for both a great offence and defense. Being able to both block and attack effectively with the somewhat unconventional weapon.

Mostly looking good, however I’d like a few more things. For “Stored Severance”, you may need more details for the duration. Also, go into how many targets you can store cuts on.

For “Blood Bank”, you can likely increase the stored blood and give it a better scaling. It would probably be good to go into detail for Spinny contacting blood to consume it. Honestly, what you have presently there for the cooldown is written confusingly, and wouldn’t even apply to this ability’s cooldown anyway, a passive’s cooldown is always N/A.

Lastly, for “Blood Projectile”, rather than using a scaling and cap to determine how many bullets you can fire, instead use the existing restriction of the blood cost per bullet to determine how many bullets can be fired in one post. Then you could make the cooldown 1 post per bullet fired, though you’d have to note that bullets can be rapidly fired, but not simultaneously. Where are the bullets fired from? Don’t you require you spirit weapon and the Corleik race for this?

I think I managed to fix to issues. So once I again believe Devi is ready to go!

Ps: I know you suggested 1 post cool down per bullet, but I felt that was a little bit to harsh so I changed it to 1 post per 3 bullets. Hopefully thats ok, but in any case it's an easy fix.
